These, in no particular order, are the projects are currently permitted to see the light of day.
After their initial launch in 2008, Florida Home Companion expanded to include hands-on nursing care. With a new service to offer, they decided to give their website a refresh as well, adding much more information, testimonials, and easier ways to contact them.
Specializing in SEO & online marketing, Capture Point Media is every online business' best friend. Their client rapport is outstanding and needed to shine through in the tone of the site's design and copywriting. The client was pleased. That makes me pleased.
From the category of "projects that will be shelved until the end of time" comes the Monkeyjar redesign. The brief called for a complete front-end redesign as well as an improved back-end UI & signup process. I'd have really liked to see it in action but alas, it looks like a perpetual no-go.
A local lighting pro needed a simple site to replace the archaic design he inherited from the previous business owner. The aims of the new site were simple: "Show visitors the goods, give them the scoop about the business, and let them contact us." Done and done.
Whiteshark Creations is the company created out of my moderately interesting firing. I partnered up with my old developer who was also nicely canned and began taking on projects. I've since moved on, but the company remains with my former partner still at the helm.
Casa di Bella is a boutique bridal shop in Celebration, Florida whose identity needed updating and internet-ifying. This was the perfect project at the time since I was merely weeks away from proposing to my girlfriend. Naturally, she beat me up for my insolence.
A local father/son/daughter trio wanted to expand on their already successful business legacy by giving back to those in need of home caregivers. Coming off the heels of a redesign for the not-for-profit outfit, BETA Center, I jumped at the chance to design their online presence.
BETA Center aggressively helps underprivileged women in need of education, housing, and/or childcare. I was proud to be chosen to make their online identity more clearly reflect the warmth and care people encounter when they walk through BETA's doors.
